Are your Bible verses from the King James Version?

Yes. All Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (KJV).

Are your digital products refundable?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all PDF purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will assist you.

What if my physical item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How long does shipping take?

All physical products are made to order. Production typically takes several business days before shipping. Shipping time varies depending on your location.

Do you accept returns for sizing issues?

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

How do I access my download?

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link. You can also access your files through your Shopify account if you created one at checkout.

Are your studies denominational?

No. Our studies focus solely on Scripture (KJV) and aim to encourage faithful, practical application of God’s Word.
