Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
All digital products (including devotionals, studies, and printable resources) are non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
Print-On-Demand Products (Mugs, Pillows, Apparel, etc.)
All physical products are made to order through our print partner.
We accept returns or replacements only in the case of:
- Damaged items
- Printing defects
- Incorrect items received
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
Shipping Issues
