How to use this index
Begin with a topic and open its passages. Read the surrounding chapter to identify the speaker, the people addressed, and the setting. Group headings and study notes are editorial guidance; the quoted text is the King James Bible.
A topic gathers selected passages for comparison. It is not an exhaustive concordance, and placing passages together does not make their settings or applications identical. Follow related topics when a subject has several uses or contexts.
The online index uses the revised 645-topic reference text, with 4,317 passage listings. Repeated passages under different topics are counted as separate listings. Search pointers and alternate wording are excluded from the full-topic count.
Online additions include expandable KJV quotations, a complete on-site Bible reader, 34 context notes, additional search wording, and twelve study collections. Updated September 2026.
