Where We Ship
We currently ship merchandise only to addresses within the United States. Books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s available shipping destinations and policies.
Production and Delivery Times
Our merchandise is made to order by a third-party production partner. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. After production, estimated delivery generally takes:
• Standard shipping: approximately 2–5 business days
• Economy shipping: approximately 4–8 business days
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production or carrier delays may occur during holidays, periods of high demand, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Costs may vary according to the product, delivery address, shipping method, and fulfillment provider.
Tracking and Separate Shipments
Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages because items may be produced by different fulfillment providers. Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production.
We cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund when an order is delayed, returned, or lost because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through our Contact page. We will work with the fulfillment provider and shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, the local post office, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped. No shipping charge applies to an order containing only digital products.
After checkout, the downloadable files will be made available through the download link provided with your order. Please use a current and accurate email address during checkout so that you can receive all order and download information.
If you do not receive or cannot access your files, check your spam or promotions folder and then contact us with your order number and the email address used during checkout. We will help restore access to your download.
When an order contains both digital products and physical merchandise, shipping charges apply only to the physical merchandise.
Amazon Purchases
Books purchased through Amazon are shipped and fulfilled by Amazon or the seller identified on the Amazon product page. Questions about shipping, tracking, or delivery for those purchases should be directed to Amazon.
