Return and Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Merchandise

All merchandise sold through our website is made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the item and the issue.

Once the problem has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You do not need to return the affected item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are submitted for production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Digital Products and Downloads

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases of paid digital downloads are generally final and non-refundable once access to the files has been provided.

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete file, cannot access your download, experience a technical problem with the file, or are charged more than once for the same order, please contact us within 30 days. We will review the issue and provide a corrected file, replacement download, or refund when appropriate.

Free digital resources remain subject to the sharing permissions and other terms stated on their respective product pages. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable law.

Amazon Purchases

Books purchased through Amazon are sold and fulfilled by Amazon or the seller shown on the Amazon product page. Returns, replacements, and refunds for those purchases are governed by Amazon’s applicable policies and must be requested through Amazon.

Ministry Contributions

Voluntary financial contributions made through our giving form are generally non-refundable. If a contribution was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, please contact us promptly so that we can review the transaction.
